These biscuits were labelled "quite good" by a leading Aldershot food critic.
Ingredients
1 mug oat flour
1 mug oat bran
half mug brown sugar
half mug vegetable oil
2 dessert spoons currants
1 dessert spoon chia seeds
3 dessert spoons golden syrup
What To Do
Mix everything together - best to start with the dry ingredients then mix in the liquidy ones.
Spoon some mix on to an oven dish lined with baking paper. These will melt during cooking, so you may have to chop up into biscuit shapes after cooking.
Cooking
Cook lower down in a 180 degree fan oven for 15 - 18 minutes.
Storage
Store in a biscuit tin or other box. Does not need to go in the fridge.
